The terms that apply to orders, delivery, returns and refunds.

About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the PyroEdition website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Products and prices

  • Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
  • We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly by mistake, we will contact you before delivery and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

  • You can order without an account. After you order, we call or message you to confirm it.
  • We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if an item is no longer available, or if we suspect fraud. If you already paid, you receive a full refund.
  • To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once it has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be changed.

Payment

You can pay online by debit or credit card or mobile wallet, processed securely by Kashier, or in cash to the courier when your order arrives. With cash on delivery, the full amount including the delivery fee is paid on receipt.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Egypt. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.
  • Free delivery applies when your order reaches the amount shown in your bag.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary in busy periods or remote areas.
  • Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered.

Returns and exchanges

  • You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.
  • To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number. We will arrange the pickup or tell you where to send it.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return delivery and replace it or refund you in full.
  • For any other return, the delivery fees are paid by you and are not refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and check the returned item.
  • Orders paid by card or mobile wallet are refunded to the same card or wallet. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
  • Cash on delivery orders are refunded by mobile wallet, InstaPay or bank transfer.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed with it.

Website content

The photos, designs, text and logo on this website belong to PyroEdition and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
